Terms of Use

Pupwise (the "App") is provided by AfterworkCoder ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement . Where they conflict, Apple's agreement controls.
Training Guidance, Not Veterinary Advice
Pupwise gives general, positive-reinforcement training guidance. It is not veterinary or behavioral advice for your individual dog, and it does not promise any result in any time frame. Health entries such as poop consistency, vomiting or weight are records, not interpretations. If your dog bites, guards food or toys, or panics when alone, start with your veterinarian or a certified behavior professional. For any health concern, contact your veterinarian.
Safety
Train within your dog's comfort and physical ability, supervise children around dogs, and keep your dog on a leash or behind a gate wherever it could be unsafe to be loose. The whistle plays at your iPhone's volume; keep it away from your own and your dog's ears.
Your Log Is Yours
Everything you log belongs to you and your household. We claim no rights over it, we never receive it, and we do not use it to train anything. You can export it or delete it at any time.
What Is Never Locked
The clicker, the whistle, every log type, unlimited history, multiple dogs, household and sitter sharing, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, Control Center controls, Siri, the Apple Watch app and Week 1 of the training plan are part of the App without Premium, and stay that way. If Premium ends, everything you logged stays visible, editable and exportable, and you can keep logging.
Pupwise Premium
Premium adds the full adaptive training plan, potty insights, the socialization program and the sitter and trainer reports, and may add more features later. It is sold through Apple as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. A discounted first year renews at the regular yearly price. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial.
Lifetime means Premium for as long as the App is offered, for every dog you add, with no further payment.
Our pricing promise: if we ever change Premium's prices or plans, people who already bought keep what they bought. A lifetime purchase stays lifetime, and an active subscription keeps its price for as long as Apple lets us keep it without interruption.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com ; we are not able to issue them ourselves.
Sharing With Your Household and Sitters
When you invite someone, they can see and add to your household's log, including photos, until you remove them. Invite only people you trust with that information. Sharing uses Apple's iCloud and requires an Apple Account for each person.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is." Every entry is saved on your device before it is synced, and we treat any lost entry as a serious bug — but syncing and reminders depend on iCloud, iOS and your network, and we cannot promise that every device or reminder is up to date at every moment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Changes never take away what you already bought (see "Our pricing promise").
